If you follow us on Instagram then you know we recently went to Louisville, Kentucky for Ashley’s bachelorette weekend. She used this weekend to wear white for every event on our schedule and is sharing her outfits and affordable looks to inspire you for your own bachelorette party. Remind you that it is your bachelorette party so if you do not want to wear white for everything, no one is forcing you! We are all for matching shirts or coordinated outfits!
You do not need to break the bank for white outfits during your engagement and wedding. Ashley searched long and hard on websites to find affordable outfits. First stop is everyone’s favorite: Amazon. The more specific you are with your search the better the luck you will have. Example – do not simply type in white dress. Give a specific style of dress or else you will get a lot of different styles mixed in. Shein was also another site with affordable finds. Also consider shopping your local small businesses or online boutiques. These businesses tend to have affordable options and have a wide range of styles. The quality might not always be the best, but if you do not want to wear white after your wedding then all you need is a one-time use outfit. If you find something that is more of a splurge, make sure you wear it again after your wedding. No one says you can only wear white while you are engaged!
We toured horse farms for part of Ashley’s bachelorette party which made it interesting for planning an outfit. She did not let us down and wore a white jumpsuit from Amazon with her Hunter rainboots.
Ashley wore a white dress from Amazon with cap sleeves during the winery tour with a white fascinator to go along with the Derby theme for the day!
For our main dinners, Ashley rocked a white layered romper from Amazon while her girl gang all wore black. It was a warmer night out, so a romper was perfect! Don’t let that fool you though. Ashley had a few extra outfits lined up for different weather and had a custom jean jacket made with her future last name on the back!
We highly recommend you add lots of fun colors or prints in your accessories to go with your white outfits. Ashley wore fun earrings, leopard wedges and a “bride” barrette to add a little more to her looks!
