A coordinator will assist with setting up your venue, manage your vendors and be your overall go-to person for anything on your wedding day. Our goal is to take any stress away from the couple and keep their wedding running smoothly. We offer two wedding day coordination packages depending on your needs. First, we offer a set up only package. This is for a couple who simply needs help having all the details set up. Our second package is a full day management which includes set up, managing your timeline throughout your wedding, and assisting with clean up or teardown at the end of your wedding. Both our packages truly start about a month leading up to your wedding. We will do a walk through of your venue with you to understand your vision and host multiple Zoom calls to get every detail right. The week of your wedding we will confirm all your vendors and establish a timeline of everyone’s arrival.
