There are so many bridal shower games out there, but let’s talk about the best part – the prizes! It is completely up to you on whether you want to play games at your bridal shower and an appropriate amount to spend on prizes. You can have individual prizes or create prize baskets. Today, we are sharing who provides the prizes and ideas for prizes to offer your bridal shower guests.
Who provides the prizes?
Well, there is not one simple answer to this question. We have seen different ways to go about this. For Ashley’s shower, her mom provided prize baskets and for Shannon’s, she provided them as the bride. We have heard of bridesmaids each creating a prize basket to contribute to the mix. Regardless of who provides the prizes, be sure to create a budget or price range to keep each prize basket fair.
Prize Ideas
We love a good theme! You can make all the prizes follow one theme, especially if your bridal shower has an overall theme (Shannon did a wine theme – we bet you could have seen that coming!). Sticking with Shannon’s wine theme, each prize could be focused on a different type of wine or type of food. If you want a variety of prizes, you can make each prize basket its own theme.
